School Meals
TMA winners eat hot dinners!
We are pleased to inform you that our school caterer will be changing after Easter. The new company is called Stir, please see attached their flyer.
You will be able to book meals via their booking system called ‘Swift Kitchen’.
Important:
For those children with allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, please could parents/carers complete and submit the Allergy and Photographic Consent forms to the following email address: info@stirfood.co.uk The forms attached are:
- Special Diets-Allergy Form
- Consent Form for child photographic image form
Please note that these forms are only required for students with specific allergies or dietary requirements; otherwise, you do not need to complete the forms.
It is also a timely reminder to ensure these details are up to date in MCAS.
Catering Update
Details regarding your Swift Kitchen Account have been given to your child/children today, 27/03/2026. The letter provides you with details of how to set up your account which will enable you to book meals with our new caterer Stir. The allergy form previously communicated has also been sent home as a paper copy and needs to be completed and sent to info@stirfood.co.uk

Please note: menus are yet to be uploaded by the company, however, we are assured that these will be available prior to returning after the Easter break. You will have up until 9.30am on 13th April to book a meal for that same day.

Information on Free School Meals
With a Single Application your child’s eligibility can be tracked throughout their time at Two Mile Ash School, therefore each student irrespective of whether they are currently in receipt of Free School Meals can make an application via the website https://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/sims.
The system is quick and simple to use and can be accessed via a smartphone or hand held device. All applications are sent directly to the school.
Please register online, even if you have applied and been unsuccessful in the past. By doing so we will have your contact details and can inform you straight away if your eligibility changes.
